responsive staff rainy day convenient location basic lunch
I appreciated the staff's responsiveness. They provided an umbrella during a rainy day. A cleaner promptly remade the sofa bed when we noticed a stain upon arrival. The train station was conveniently located, only about a ten-minute walk away. A cafe nearby offered basic lunch and breakfast items. dinner options (souvlaki and salads).
The area had limited restaurant options.

the breakfast buffet had a plentiful selection and delicious options. the rooftop pool offered a lovely view the city. the bathroom was well equipped with provided herbal teas.

a decidedly mediocre experience
dirty bathroom poor sound insulation
the staff were friendly enough (i suppose).
I found the room quite disappointing. the bathroom wasn't properly cleaned. I saw hairs in the shower. the sound insulation was poor, i could hear street noise late into the night.

Excellent Stay with Great Amenities

I found the breakfast buffet to be very good, with a wide range of choices. The parking garage was convenient.
The paper cups provided in the room felt a little cheap. I would have liked to see glass or ceramic options instead.

The hotel is conveniently near the main railway and metro station. This setup provided simple access to the entire public transportation network. This made exploring the city very easy.

breakfast WAS fantastic. I really enjoyed the variety of options available EACH morning. The rooftop terrace and pool WERE a HUGE plus. I appreciated the views and the convenient bar service it had.
